What is a cloud minute?
Cloud minutes measure work done on Eversince's servers, not the length of your video. Transcribing a 30-minute interview, for example, uses about 11 cloud minutes, so Pro's 500 minutes transcribe about 22 hours of footage a month, or export about 2.5 hours of video at 1080p.
What are AI credits?
AI credits pay for generating images, video, music, and voiceovers, and for AI work such as upscaling, background removal, and dubbing. They are bought separately from your plan.
What can I do for free?
Editing, transcribing, and exporting on your computer are free with the desktop app. Cloud processing and AI generation are paid.
What is a seat?
A seat is one person on a Business team. Each seat adds cloud minutes and storage to the team's shared pool, and the admin adds or removes seats as the team changes.
What happens when I run out of cloud minutes?
Cloud work waits until your month renews, or you can add minutes: on Pro and Business, $10 buys 500 more, valid for twelve months. Free includes 25 minutes once.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Usage & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
